STRUCTURE

    This section explains how we hope to make our venture a success.

    The Kenneth Gartner Singers will act as a committee of the whole, in which some members will have specific responsibilities (conductor, accompanist, etc.).

    All members of The Kenneth Gartner Singers will contribute $250 to cover expenses associated with the season's performances. 

    For example, after the expenses of the December Concerts have been paid, the remaining moneys will be equally divided between members of the The Kenneth Gartner Singers, subject to a vote on two questions:

• Should we retain this money to cover expenses of our next programs, or should there be a distribution of the same?
• If the chorus votes for a distribution it will also vote on the amount to be distributed to each member.

    It is expected that all in the chorus, including the conductor and the accompanist, will have the same salary and benefits.
